Yes, very. We get a very good idea about how a client’s brain works. It makes clear how extraordinary and rare really courageous clients are. Like some we have the pleasure of working for.
How does the teamwork between Germany and Japan work?
You can’t over-estimate how different the cultures are and how much it is affecting your daily operations. The Japanese colleagues have different priorities, value things differently and they are used to a different form of communication. Every detail reveals another difference.
Sounds like a lot of work. Why are you still pushing the project?
Because it opens up opportunities, broadens our field of view and because it has many positive effects. It’s awesome that this project exists and that it’s working out. We can all be proud of what we have achieved and are achieving every day.
